What information Lincoln Clean collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Lincoln Clean is a house and commercial cleaning service in Lincoln, Nebraska, and a trade name of Blue Sage Data Systems, Inc. This policy covers lincolnclean.org and the text messages, emails and calls we exchange with customers and job applicants.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address and service address
- Request details: the rooms, service type, timing and notes you send for an estimate or booking
- Messages you exchange with us by text or email, and whether you've opted out of texts
- Job applications: what applicants send us about their availability and experience
The website itself has no forms, accounts or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer questions, send estimates and schedule, confirm and remind you about cleanings
- To follow up on an estimate (no more than twice) and to ask once for a review after a cleaning
- To assign cleaners, keep service records and handle billing
- To review job applications and contact applicants
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider only to deliver our texts, and they may not use your number for anything else.

Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our text messaging, email and software providers, and only so they can provide that service. We also share it if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records while you're a customer and for up to three years after your last cleaning, for service and tax records. Opt-out records are kept so we keep honoring them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, except what we must keep by law. Text (531) 324-4991 and we'll take care of it.
